The Broadcast Networks support MITC
FOXTEL, Seven, Nine, SBS and Prime TV give sponsor dollars to support the survival and future of the media technology industry.

At the end of SMPTE07 conference, industry leaders put money where their mouth is and forked over just under $50,000 to give a solid foundation to launch MITC.

FOXTEL became a Platinum sponsor in support of the numerous high level staff who have become Steering Committee members to lead a certification scheme which represents the media technology industry supporting itself.

Seven, Nine, SBS and Prime TV became Gold Sponsors and demonstrated the community nature of this not-for-profit national initiative. It highlights the importance and sheer crisis needing to be addressed.

The foundational sponsorship, together with other Platinum Sponsors, Globecast, NDS, Optus and Open TV, will be used to incorporate the organisation, publicly launch the initiative, and to erect a solid presence in Australia.
